Vehicles from the beginning of time including Hot Rods, Muscle Cars and Classic automobiles up to and through todays classics collectables are permitted in the event. 

All entry fees for all show cars is $20.00 per car. All cars qualify to be considered for a Town Choice Award! 

WHEN YOUR CAR IS REGISTERED, PLEASE PUT YOUR PAID SHOW CARD ON YOUR DASH BOARD.  THIS MUST ALSO HAVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER NOTED.  IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY AT OR NEAR YOUR CAR.....WE WILL CALL YOU AND ASK YOU TO RETURN TO YOUR CAR.  WE DO NOT WANT TO TOW AWAY A SHOW CAR IF IT IS PAST SHOW TIME (9:00 P.M.)......WE WILL CALL YOU IF YOU HAVE LOST TRACK OF TIME.  PLEASE CO-OPERATE WITH THIS RULE AS REQUESTED BY OUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT.  CARS ARE RELEASED PROMPTLY AT 9 PM AND OUR STREETS MUST BE BACK TO NORMAL BEFORE 9:30 PM

8 Show cars are being sought for special placement on our show venue. If you are willing to be a volunteer and participate in securing a designated street zone., you will be helping us to keep our show fun and safe for all.  We will issue you a Yellow Volunteer T-shirt and your show car will be placed in a highly visible VIP location--you will be near by your car at all times.  Your car will also be eligible to recieve our "Town Choice Award" too.   You'll have fun, make new friends and be part of our production team while giving back to the community.

 WE ARE STAGING ALL SHOW VEHICLES IN THE PARKING LOT OF ST. ISIDORE'S CHURCH ON LA GONDA RD.!  This beautiful Church and School has an enormous parking facility and has more than ample space to handle the staging of all of our show cars.   Show vehicles may start to stage at 2:00 PM.  Cars will register there and pay a modest $20.00 registraion fee, and sign required release of liability form.
 
Show cars will be issued a "SPECIAL DASH SIGN" that will indicate to our show parking staff that you have paid the entry fee.  This must be placed on all car dashboards.   Once registered, our staff will direct show cars to the show venue on Hartz Avenue.   Please follow all instructions requested by our personnel. 

We understand that it can be frustrating to get all cars staged and then placed on Hartz Ave.  Next summer we will do our best to get all registered faster and move cars out moe quickly onto our show venue.  Once cars are registered starting at 2 PM, we will immediately roll them out to lesson conjestion and over heating. Show cars will be released to enter the show venue ( once registered ) and directed to roll down to hartz Ave and Linda Mesa......fast and easy.   Once our show parkers and vendors are in place------we will get you parked into show position quickly.

Please help us by co-operating with us.  Please don't ask to stay in the church staging lot to calculate a better position on Hartz Ave.  ALL SHOW PARKING SPACES ARE AWESOME AND ALL GUESTS WILL SEE YOU AND YOUR BEAUTIFUL SHOW CAR.  Please don't ask to wait in the Church lot to hang out and wait for friends who are late......this casues delays and traffic conjestion.

This year we will have porta pottys at the staging lot for your comfort.  Thank you for bringing this oversite to our attention.

We thank the St. Isidore Church and staff for permitting us to use their facility.  Please help us keep their lot Clean and "QUIET."  It is run by a higher "Authority" and we must respect their property.   Thank you!

The admission fee for displaying your car is only $20.00 per car. All exhibitors receive a commemorative dash plaque issued at time of staging and registration. Registration personnel will try their best to get you in and out quickly.......we know it can be hot!  No random parking on Hartz Ave is allowed...........we take "em" as they are registered and cars wind up in the order the they arrive on the Avenue.  WE CAN NOT PROMISE OR GUARANTEE PARKING ON EITHER THE EAST OR WEST SIDE OF HARTZ AVE.

TRAVELING NORTH OR SOUTH ON HIGHWAY 680 TO DANVILLE, EXIT ON EL CERRO AND PROCEED WEST TO LA GONDA AND MAKE A LEFT. CONTINUE TO THE CHUCH LOT ON YOUR RIGHT SIDE.  EVENT STAFF WILL DIRECT YOU FROM THERE!



WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON AND WE WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE IF NEED BE........PLEASE CO-OPERATE WITH OUR TEAM---WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU AND TO HAVE FUN!

Our professional staff will guide show cars to their respective parking spots on Hartz Avenue and all vehicles will be gently guided and parked rear end perpendicular to our curbs. All cars will flow south down Hartz Ave. once registered. We start filling the show venue at the south end of Hartz first and we work our way north towards San Ramon Valley High School. Once cars are parked, all must remain until closing of the show at 9:00 PM................POLICE ORDERS! With thousands of guests and families walking our streets, we can't have cars driving thru the crowds when ever they wish to leave.

ALSO, PLEASE DRIVE CAREFULLY WHEN SHOW TIME IS OVER............THERE WILL BE VENDORS ON THE AVENUE FOR YOUR SHOPPING & EATING PLEASURE AND THEY WILL BE PACKING UP WHEN YOU ARE DEPARTING..............................PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY!  DON'T "HESITATE TO DESIGNATE"................... ....IF YOU HAD A FEW TOO MANY!   PLEASE REPORT ANYONE WHO APPEARS "DRUNK" AND IS ABOUT TO DRIVE.  WE WANT THEM AND OUR GUESTS TO BE SAFE.  YOU'RE DOING THEM A FAVOR TOO.......DUI'S ARE EXPENSIVE AND WILL CHANGE THE DRIVER'S LIFE FOR MANY YEARS!  YOU ARE DOING THEM AND THE PUBLIC A FAVOR BY REPORTING THEM.

                                                         Car Exhibitor Rules

Once cars are parked all rules of polite conduct must be observed. No loud stereos. No revving of engines. No drinking of alcohol in the streets or at your car! We will politely ask you to pour it out or put it away. Failure to comply will result in a serious fine! No tire burn outs, speeding, or foolish driving permitted.
